The house is built on 3 levels. The stairs are steep and not suited for the very young nor the very old of age. The house is located in the old centre of the vibrant town of Olhão. Although the walls are thick and the windows of quality material, there will be some usual city sounds.

Our daily rate is based on an occupation of max 2 people. We charge 10 Euro per day for every extra guest. The house can sleep 5 people in total. We want to remind you that due to the steep stairs, Casa da Bica is not suited for younger than 12 nor people who are not very mobile.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days after your stay in case of no damages
We will ask for a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned in case of no damages 2 days after the stay. The city of Olhão charges a tourist tax for persons 16 years or older: 1€ per night/person (from November to March) 2€ per night/person (from April to October) limited at a maximum of 5 nights The calculation you see when making the booking is just an estimate as we do not know the age of the guests yet.
Full refund if cancelled at the latest 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in or in case of no show.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. Events and parties are not allowed. The house is not suited for children younger than 12 years. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate of noise during these times so your neighbours can enjoy a restful stay. We kindly ask you to treat the space with care and respect—please leave things as you found them.
